Our services support the inventory management and delivery of temperature sensitive process chemicals, multi use solvents and maintenance chemicals. With dedicated teams for this SOW, we are able to guarantee reduced waste, reduced potential for misprocessing of product, reduced opportunity for unplanned equipment downtime due to nil stock or delivery delay events.
Utilising our customers on site infrastructure, we provide best in class Parts Clean operations and maintenance services. Our teams manage the entire parts cleaning turnaround process in Etch, Thin Films, Diffusion, Implant, CMP and Lithography including inventory management and interface with external parts cleaning suppliers. Our trained and certified employees can also manage and perform the preventative and corrective maintenance of the parts cleaning equipment within our customers facility. This holistic approach provides a seamless turnaround service minimising redundant inventory, parts damage, and misprocessing allowing for significant cost savings.
