Westerwood Global is currently recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers and Technicians.

Requirements

For all positions, the person should be able to work independently and as a lead troubleshoot

  • 3+ years of tool specific experience. Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance with the following toolsets:
    • Toolset: AVP’s, VTR’s, FSI’s and DNS Wet Hoods
  • Performing scheduled maintenance, system troubleshooting and diagnostics on tool-sets
  • Responsible for ensuring equipment is operating to specification. Monitors SPC/SPC tool performance and drives improvement.
  • Works with and directs technicians to determine the frequency and types of necessary preventative maintenance
  • Maintain equipment logs. Document all repair work
  • Drives work plans for tool troubleshooting and repair
  • Coordinates the timing of PMs with production personnel

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience plus a 2 year degree in a technical discipline
  • Expertise in troubleshooting electrical and laser systems
  • Self-disciplined with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently. Strict adherence to written procedures
  • The ideal individual must possess: logical, mechanical, technical, analytic, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
